2023 Annual Open House & Craft Show

Tentative Activities:

• 9:30 AM Raising of the Flag by Cub Scout Pack #136 -comes to us from Laramie , WY. They serve boys & girls from kindergarten through 5th grade, developing youth through activities such as hiking,nature, science, first aid, citizenship, sports and more.
• 9:30 AM Reading of authentic Civil War Letters
• 10:00 AM Vintage Baseball game (with 1864 rules): Rematch of Star Base-ball Club of Colorado Territory  vs. (Jack) Slade Sluggers
• 10:30: Music by Flowers & Sawdust (Ron& Julie Lynam (formerly of the Front Range Band)
• 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM - Lunch available to purchase; Drinks available to purchase with Buck ‘N Ears 4-H Club
• 11:30: Sylvia Garofalo  :How the Railroads Changed Middle America
• 12:30: Fred Rodriguez: The importance of family structure and respect in Native American         Cultures
• 1:30: Eva Sue Littleton:   portraying Susan B. Anthony
• 2:30: Sharyn Gartner: The dressing of a Victorian Lady, layer by layer
• Raffle tickets for the Quilt & Henry Rifle will be sold (Raffle: December 10, 2023)
• FREE Admission, but donations of canned food, winter hats, or gloves for Harvest Farm in Wellington would be appreciated.
